For those of you that are cool, thank you. You may not want to read further. For the rest of you - stop your crying and grow a set. Quit your stupid little poems about seasons and your "growing". Don't care. And ...guess what the phone and the internet go both ways. I didn't realize it was my job to carry all sides of a relationship. And for all of you, if you feel slighted go f**k yourselves. People come and go in ones life and the sooner you realize that the better we will all be. Anyway, it's really nice to see some oil painting on here. I was wondering whether these are experiments in technique or something more structured? I know a lot of my painting (none on the site as yet) revolves around experimentation, so that certain processes take on symbolic meaning.
Okay, here's my problem...I tend to ramble or come across weird on the computer. I've only recently gotten used to talking on the telephone. I think that my work would be experiments. I took up painting in January and decided on oils because of the drying time. I thought it would take so long that I'd have no pressure. My instructor's only instruction was experimentation and if I go to the canvas with any ideas I become too wrapped up in doing exactly what I imaged. I am a little hesitate about more info on my work in this forum because I like for people to find their own symbolic meaning in my works, not just what I think. I look forward to seeing you work!
